Fake Police Prostitute Too Willing to Go For a Ride
While the streets are filled with gang members and real thugs committing acts of violence, and wall street with high class corporate thieves screwing the middle class, the dopey police in America are still wasting time pouncing on desperate men (and even women I suppose) looking for a good time with a willing hooker. Yes, the victimless crime, and a timeless profession much older than the nation that pretends to have higher moral standards. What happens when the police go too far and start arresting folks stopped by a supposed streetwalker, when they aren’t even interested in some pay-for-an-std action? Then the police have definitely gone too far!
Rocio Palacios wasn’t looking for a prostitute when a woman forced his car to stop (so he wouldn’t run over her.) He was driving with his wife when they came upon a woman they thought was in distress. Rocio stopped; the woman put her head in the window and offered him prostitution services. Neither Rocio nor his wife were interested, but before they could politely decline (after having a laugh at the comedy of the situation) the Chicago police swarmed and made an arrest charging the man with solicitation of a prostitute.
We’ve featured the notoriously corrupt Chicago police on this site before. They are yet another shining example of what a state represented by Barack Obama has to offer. This time, so eager to make an easy arrest to meet their quota for the month, the police go for easy prey, yet they bumble so badly they bust an innocent individual.
Rocio Palacios had no criminal record yet was held by the Chicago police for eight full hours. His car was impounded and the City of Chicago is demanding $4,700 in towing and storage fees if Rocio and his wife wish to have the car returned.
In Chicago, if a woman looks like she needs help and tries to flag you down, you may be better off running her over as opposed to stopping like a good Samaritan and offering to lend a hand. Even making eye contact may land you in jail, and if you don’t have your wife with you, you’re likely out an alibi as well as a marriage!
UPDATE
The link to the original story is no longer active, however, here is a link with a slightly more favorable to the Chicago police version that also mentions that Mr. Palacios, who is well within his rights, has decided to seek civil litigation against the Chicago police. In this version of the story the man and his wife were parked while his daughter was in a store. The police officer posing as a prostitute approached the family’s car. Other details remain the same as the original story.
